I'm usually proud to show off our bloodhound-lab mix, Hurley, at the dog park - but last week he embarrassed us in the worst way possible!
When we got to the dog park there were two ladies sitting and sunning in the grass while their two small dogs played. Hurley went right up to say hello to the ladies and their dogs in his usual friendly manner but then circled back around one of the ladies and before I could stop him, lifted his leg and peed all over her back!
We were absolutely mortified and I apologizd time and again while going to grab her some napkins to clean up. Many thanks to the nice ladies who were so sweet about it and even stuck around to chat with us another 20 minutes or so! I guess they took it as a compliment!
